This is the classic bait and switch regarding the agreement Ft. Lauderdale Internet

Local Real Estate Yellow Pages employs very deceptive tactics to lure customers in and then after you have given your credit card number the ball game begins. The customer does not know much about the agreement because there is no visible agreement to be had at the time of signing up for the service. The sales agent hussles you along and makes promises that are not true or real. I never recived any agreement at the time I gave my information to the sales person. I believed what the agent said and this was the wrong thing to do in this case. I signed up in June and then I decided to cancel almost immediately and I could not find any part of their web site for such a procedure. Of course the sales agent said I could cancel for a full refund at any time within 30 days. This is not a true statement. I finally found a number and an address and I sent my request to cancel based upon what I was told by the sales person. I complied just like the sales person described for cancellations. I thought it was all done but I was wrong. I subsequently received the agreement in August, two months later and now for the first time I saw the fine print in an agreement. To cancel you have to send a certified letter and there are all kinds of restrictions on when and how you do that letter. This was absolute non-sense and a real scam for anyone getting involved with this company. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Yellow Pages sent in all this information to the credit card company saying I sent them a handwritten contract, that the sales person never said anything to me about cancellation terms. Etc. Etc. They tried to make me look like I was wrong when in fact I was an innocent consumer trying to deal with what I thought was an honest business. They lied about the handwritten agreement because it was filled out at their office and they tried to pass it off as my handwriting. It was a forged document. I could go on and on with this but you get the idea that this company is a complete scam and you should never do business with the.
