We went to this gallery on the main street last week and got interested in one china vase. This guy told us it was handmade in Italy and we bought in for over 100 dollars. He specifically said it would cost a lot less if something similar was made elsewhere. A few days after we bought it, a careful friend noticed at at its bottom a very fine inscription that said made in Brazil. We took it back, this guy's assistant said he was not aware of the conversation Richard had with us and refused to take it back or return or reduce price.
