Paid for some spells that never happened and they are refusing to give me a refund telling me they will turn me into collections cause I turned this company int. O papal Usa

I paid Kimberly Rose for some spells that never happened and she would not answer my emails half the time, whenever she did is was always the same be patient it will happen 7 months later nothing, plus i paid for a reading i never got. Also i have contacted paypal letting them be aware of the situation. Now kimberly rose told me to drop my claim or she would not refund my money and will turn me in to her collections company and i owe her no money. She told me i had 24 hrs. To drop my case with paypal that i have against her.
