Bank Card Empire scamed my son out of $7000.00. My son had a bad accident and was left with traumatic brain damage and couldn't go back to work. He joined this company thinking he could work over the net. They encoraged him to do it.
They were very nice to him while they were attaining his money. After that it was like it was a closed case. I finally got enough info to contact them and Mr Lee Kaplan from BCE, said he seen no problem getting the money back, but first I had to send them the info proving my son's handicap, which I did.
After all was said and done, they have completely ignored me. They are very well educated as to time frames of time for any bank going after the money, and they know how long to put you off.
The state of Ohio Attorney General has been notified, also I notified Nevada and Texas as I seen they were going to start business there. But the states are allowing this company to do this. We still have not been able to retrive any money back, this company needs to be taken down by the authorities!!!
