I was contacted to have my collections case handled, and after talking to the representative of the company, i agreed to use their company. I was told that my case should take 1 month before i had a check in hand.
That was 13 months ago, i have gotten a call from their company 1 time. Lots of promised calls, none realized. I got a letter statying that they needed a copy of the judgement, and between the two law firms that they used on y case, no one filed a judgement, and no one seems to know what is going on in my case.
I ask to talk to a supervisor, they always ask for my customer number and the supervisor is always conveniently busy and can not take my call, and seems never to get my voice mail. I am out 1500.00 as of now.
It would be less frustration and hassle for you and your collectioins situation to ask to be removed from their contact list when they call you.
