I rented Booth Space from Mercy Cepeda in 2006.in May I started having problems getting paid for my merchandise. I was paid with several NSF checks, and could never reach her by phone.in June I pulled my merchandise out and was never paid the balance she owed me. I filed suit with the City Court of Morgan City (#14,547 SC) in September. On Feb 14 I filed a Judgement on her (File Number 286101). As of today 10-14-08, I have not yet received a red cent from this thief. And the money she owes me is no comparison to some that she owes. She must be stopped. Please stay away from this woman. She is not to be trusted.
