Free Credit Report Took money out of my account after getting card number, Gave me no report. Called them they gave me a run around and then hung up on me. This has happened several times

I have several times tried to get my so called free credit report, with no success

After they get my credit card number, I am knocked off of the page and sent back to the start.

When I call them and explain what happen, they deny taking the money. I tell them that it was taken out of my checking account they hang up on me.

This has happened several times to me. A few dollars later nothing. They take out one dollar every month.
