Left us without water for 2 days, lied about returning calls, would not pay claim and won't refund what is left of contract

Customer Service does not exist.

Wait time on hold is minimum of 45 mins.

Promises to return calls, never happened only when we wanted to terminate contract. The Manager Rick Sanders called to say we had to put it in writing and "they" would decide if we could terminate.

First time use of home plan, no return call for 2days regarding the status of the repair. We had no water!
