Consumers, If you read my second report about Mr. Olson and my agreement i forgave Brandon Olson for the racial comments he made toward me in regards to calling me a (and or) because i kept asking him for a tracking number for a Motorcycle i purchased on 8/12/08. He changed his online site but the site he had before was encouraging consumers to send a (Bank to Bank wire transfer)
Now his site no longer states that because i stated to him that it was false advertisement and he lied about if you (The Consumer) send the money through a wire transfer you (Consumer) will receive your product in 1 to 3 days. I printed out his old site and saved it on my computer so if you want me to (e-mail) it to you, contact me at {[email protected]} and you will see for yourself how much of a thief and lier this Brandon is.
Well Consumers, it's been (2-TWO) months now and i still don't have the Motorcycle nor the $2,000 that's rightfully mine. Brandon Olson encouraged me to change the (FIRST) consumer complaints because he feared that it would hurt his business and i told him i can only write what is true and what you stated (Brandon Olson) that i was a. I'm a hard working African American just trying to make ends meat and it took me (2-TWO) years to save up that $2,000 so i can start riding motorcycles and all for what?
Mr. Olson and his online site encourged me to send him the money and i'll be abe to live out my curiosity on riding a motorcycle and guess what? Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months with the same old excuses that the shipping company hasn't told him anything yet. When i called him (LONG DISTANCE) my phone bill over a two month period calling Texas from PA came out to a little over $400.00 mostly me being put on hold calls, and told him what happen to our deal in regards to me telling Rip-Offs that it was all a misunderstanding he stated that he just wanted me to change the report so he can prove to everyone that reads consumer complaintss that a problem was solved.
To everyone that reads this report i'm just letting you know that i'm not the only human being that Brandon Olson has cheated money from, there are other reports on him and his business and he's a real crook! He stole my money that i worked so hard for and on top of that called me all kinds of "racial slurs" and really made me feel low and humiliated. Color has nothing to do with my money or my product but he made it that, just because i kept calling him day after day wanting my money back because he promised to send me my product in 1-3 days and never delivered it.
And i waited a whole month before i started to think he stole my money from me and after calling him day in and day out i told him i went to my local court and told the courts what happend and i currently have a Civil Action towards him and his company. His response was, "Who gives a shit! By the time your finished with paying courts and lawyers it'll exceed the amount you paid for the bike, and your in another state so i won't have to worry about you coming over here to see me either!"
I finally realized that i'm never getting my money back let alone the motorcycle so i'll take it as a loss but i will not stop because he has done this to other people out of state. Even if i have to save money and hire a lawyer so they can put a lean on his currupt business i will do just that! This is no longer about me and Brandon stealing my money it's about this never and i mean never happening to another person again no matter if your black, white pink or blue!
No one deserves this kind of treatment and no one deserves to get ripped off from a company no mater who or what company feels like they have the right to do so. So consumers i hope you can learn from my mistakes and not send this criminal any of your hard working money because i'm telling you your not going to get it back and all he's going to do is keep telling you that the shipping company isn't telling him anything.
My Law Suit will contain false, misleading and deceptive practices with "THE FAMILY EXCHANGE" and under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act i have two years to do this but i will do the lawsuite after my court hearing on the 15th of October with the Civil Action Court here in PA. Beware brandon olson and the family exchange is a smooth talking thief!!! Read all the complaints about his business!
