Terrible experience

Just purchased a 08 LTZ Malibu from a Raleigh NC. Dealer. On the day we went to pick up the car I noticed a problem with the paint. The dealer tried to have it repainted but failed, the second attempt of having ic corrected looked worse than the first. I have contacted GM who has told me it's the dealer's problem and the dealer is telling me it is a Chevy problem. It was a mistake to purchase a Chevy product in the first place and now I feel that I am stuck with a car that has three coats of paint on the front end that will go South in a short period of time and no one to help. So I spent 28,000 dollars for a lemon. Thanks Chevy, you will be hearing from me.By the way, the gasket toward the bottom of the back glass is starting to fall out.
