Thank You. Thank You. Thank You complaint and Charles in Virginia. I recently talked to Effectur and they even recommended that I check out the complaint. I read Charles' report and followed his advice. My husband and I contacted the IRS directly. They were very nice and we got into a payment plan in 15 minutes. They were very nice and very understanding. They told us that they want payment plans. They really don't want to levy your accounts and garnish your wages. Thank you for saving me the $2200 that Effectur wanted to do what my husband and I did in 15 minutes for free. Thank you again.
