Shipping was for 9/3/08. Named late that night, informed these were still providing. Named 9/4, (no body named back) Named 9/5, was informed blossoms were shipped (THESE WERE NOT). Was informed that I'd get a credit on my card. That did not occur both. Named 9/12, woman got a note and might provide it towards the individual I spoke to on 9/5 (Kristi). She (Kriste) was the one who explained that she'd credit my bill. To date I'm still out $62.53, that we consider to be always a significant amount of cash.
