I bought a entire aircondition system for my home. The salesman was impressive, The boys installing it seemed young as they gigled through the process. I did not worry as it would be inspected. I had them come and service, repair and clean on several occasions but it never worked as well as I expected. Finally I bought an appliance contract. The repair man sent showed me how the airconditioner was installed improperly. It was leaning backward and that is why I had mud in my garage. I called the company, the clerk told me, because someone else serviced it they no longer are responsible. Had I not done that I never would have known it was installed wrong. I called Cool World three times and never received a return call from anyone including the owner.
