Just wanted to let people know about this guy, Kenneth E. Prather, Sr. He claims to be a big time divorce lawyer in Michigan. He is 74 years old. He was born in 1933. A jury recently found this guy guilty of malpractice and fraud. The victim was awarded $167,000 in damages. Prather taped his victim with her knowledge. Prather used words to his client like, "You will win" and "You have nothing to worry about". What lawyer do you know says things like that? Below is an excerpt from the court ruling.
The jury found that defendant, Kenneth E. Prather, Sr. Had committed legal malpractice but that this malpractice... It also found that defendant had committed both actual and silent fraud, and listed damages of $167,000 as the award for each of these
counts.
I recommend reading this case closely before hiring this guy.
