I won't go into my experience with this moving company as I would be repeating about every story I've read from other people having problems with Advanced Moving Systems. What a shame that such a company is still in business. After reading some stories and finding that some people still don't have their furniture, I guess I am lucky to even get my furniture.
I did fill a claim requesting a refund of their overcharging, replacement cost of damage and missing furniture, etc. This was requested September. Of course, I have received nothing, not even a status, which I have requested several times.
I would like to ask a question&has anyone received a payment from a claim they submitted?
