ZAMA ENTERPRISE Has not shipped the merchandise and its been already PAID, please if your case is the same write me back

We bought three different items to ZAMA (Cold Beverage Dispenser, Sugar cane peeler, and a sugar cane juicer) we made the order on May and we paid the balance in two payments (50% on june and the rest on July) we mailed to Zama, we called them and we didnt have any new about them, we want to know if anyone of usacomplaints.com users received their merchandise and who can help us with this situation.
