I've made Purchase Order for two Zumex juicers trough our business e-mail and I have made wire transfer for USD 12,449 on March 2nd 2008 (Wachovia Bank, Miami).
Communication via email received on April 5th with tracking number for the first shipment only - few spare parts. Since then I have received 5-6 e-mails saying that they still waiting for the shipping date update from the warehouse.
For the last 30 days I didn't get replies to my e-mails and to my telephone calls!
I have all the documents, e-mail history, commercial invoice etc., to prove my complaint.
Basically I know that I cannot get my money back, and my only aim is to spread the information.
