I dont use credit cards, so I asked my brother to get them and I paid him cash. After a month of waiting, I ask him if he was charged. Turns out he wasnt, so I tried calling the phone number. OMG, talk about frustrating. After trying to get ahold of an actual person (it's all voice menus) 3 times, I decided to send an email to the addy they suggested. It's been 3 days and still nothing.
After reading all the bad reviews here, Im glad I didnt get them. Customer service is non-existent with this company... And Chef Tony is annoying.
