Offer of free credit report, asking me for 2 of my credit card numbers and charge every month 29.95 plus 1.00

Some day in march I contacted the ad free credit report.

I was ask for my name address and 2 credit card # so to give me a report.

Then the page went blank and I got no report but was and still being charged $29.95 plus 1.00 every month.
