Ordered item on 11-21-07 at advertised price $400.95. Received email confirmation of order. Lamps Mall policy is orders cannot be cancelled once placed per their cancellation policy. When I hadn't received the item by 12-13-07, I called to inquire. I was told item was discontinued and no stock was available from the mfg. I called mfg. Who confirmed it was current, and that stock was available. They also told me MSRP should be $1625. I confronted Lamps Mall that it was in-stock, they admitted they mis-priced the item on their site, but refused to ship the item unless I pay $1625. MSRP less 10%. They know of the problem, yet their website still advertises the item at $400.95. When threatened with legal action, they said no problem, we can use any of 100 reasons why we choose to cancel the order. They're wrong. Offer acceptance consideration=BINDING CONTRACT.
