I called the post office and I can mark REFUSED on the package and then purchase tacking so I can verify that they recieved pkg back. Then I will call the credit card company once I have proof that they recieved the return and have them remove the charge. I would have considered keeping (my shipping charges were only $15.90) but bad reviews of the product too.
