Paydays has withdrawn money from my account on the 15th of July and August. I have not approved the charges and I am unsure who they are.
In researching thier informaiton they have many complaints filed for the same action with similar withdrawl amounts.
I contacted them. I was told that my account had already been cancelled. I asked what the acount was for and when it was cancelled because I had money withdrawn days ago. The customer service rep was unable to provide any of the informaiton and stated that I must conact a police officer and file a report. The officer can then fax the report to the company and they will then consider a refund.
It sounds to me like they are waiting to see how serious the consumer is. Action needs to be taken on this company.
