Credit Card fraud

I was checking my credit card and noticed some charges I didn't know anything about. The charges were $14.95 a month for this shopping essential. I called the number to cancel my charges and they still didn't stop charging my credit card. They didnt have permission to charge my card and i'm not even sure how they got my card number.
