Do not be fooled by the "Better Business Bureau" symbol on this website, like I was. This company took $600 of my money to help with overseas job searches and sent me jobs that I was not only not interested in, but not was even qualified for. I told them to stop sending me jobs that I wasn't qualified for, or that required military experience, when they knew I had none. Made repeated phone calls to try and work with them on finding jobs more specific and they would not call me back. Was nice to them, but they still ignored me. I wanted to get what I paid for. Tried emails, no response.
What they do is take several "general" jobs that anyone can basically do and send you those, that technically and legally gets them off the hook for saying that they didn't send you any jobs at all. That way you can't say they aren't "looking". After a couple of months with no luck or response at all, they just got to keep my money. This company is a scam and don't use them for overseas job searches.
