I hired Nations movers to do my moving from San Francisco to Las Vegas. I talked to Alon from Nations mover and when we spoked he gave me a qoute of how much will be my moving cost. He quoted me $1560. For everything (except packing) and he send me a contract form by e-mail. Before we agreed on this price I mentioned to him that I don't want any hidden charges and that I can only spend this much on moving and he agree on it.
My actual date of moving was Dec 21 but then they called me to reschedule my date on Dec 22 so I agree on that. On Dec 22 thay came to pick up my things and I notice that different company on my the paper works. It was West East Van line, Inc who did took my things. After they were done they gave me the actual price it was $2500. A thousand more different to what me and Alon agreed on.
I called Alon at Nations mover they told me that he was on 2 weeks vacation and talked to Steve he said there is nothing he can do about this situation and told me to contact West East Van line about this matter. My point was I spoke to Alon and hired Nations to do my moving now I have to deal with different company about this. This was an unacceptable to me as a costumer.
They tried to rip - me off $1000.00.
