Ticketmaster continues to unlawfully allow this company access to customer information so that they can unlawfully charge 9 dollars monthly for absolutely nothing. This is a crime. Luckily we caught this after 2 months and reported it to our credit card that refunded us.
I strongly recommend not wasting time contacting this company but reporting the unauthorized charges to your credit card to get them reversed. Also, please report them to 1-800-visa-911. If enough reports come through maybe they will get their visa priviliges revoked.
