Failure to send purchased item

I ordered a Husqvarna stitch plate on June 1 and the store immediately took payment of $39.95 from my account. Today is the 13th of June, I cannot get any response from emails and the phone number is only an answering machine with no response to my messages. This business is a SCAM!
