I got my final bill which read about $300. I thought this was a little crazy since all our other utility bills usually read about $200. We paid it and waited a week or so before calling about our $200 deposit. When I called to ask about the deposit, they said it was applied to our final bill. This still didn't make any sense since our bill again, was usually $200 and is now about $500 for a month.
When I finally got ahold of someone, after being put on hold for 30 min, he said "oh, your deposit is $189.00 and should be getting back to you within 30 days." Finally I got answers and waited about 2 weeks before calling back to see if it had been mailed yet. I know they said 30 days, but we were hurting for money so I was hopping it had been mailed already. When I called back, again, waited about 45 min on hold and then got someone that said I'm not getting any deposit back and that our bill was about $500.00. These people are ripping people off left and right. Watch out!!!
