No service, no phone answer, no email answer, only 39.95 per month

I signed up for hud forclosure.com a phomotional trial for $1. A couple months later I got a charge for hudforclosure.net $39.95 Thinking promotion was over I canceled since I wasn't using anymore. I again recived charges tried calling several times no answer. Tried to log to web and got ripoff report info about scam.
