Poor overall customer service and Bed not all that great!

After extensive research my wife and I decided to purchase a Zero Gravity bed. We purchased the top of the line bed from this company.

After we purchased the bed on Mother's day we had to call numerous times to see the status of the bed. It was 1 month later when I called to cancel the order, I was told that they were just shipping the bed. We received the bed June 21st.

We decided to go ahead with the transaction. We have had a number of questions and concerns. We emailed the company a number of times. We did finally receive some help from one customer service rep.

In our order it was promised in writing that we would get a set of pillows and sheets for the bed. Pursuant to their website, they had a special promotion. This is not true! The bed keeps leaking air as we did not get all the hardware (clamps were missing) and one of the remotes has a mind of its own.

We have called and emailed them almost on a daily basis with no written response since June 6th. Last verbal communication was June 14th. As stated before, the 800 number is now not working and we have no way of returning the bed as it is not what they make it out to be!

We too will be filing a BBB complaint against Zero Gravity beds. I wonder if their celebrity endorsements are bona fide...
