I purchased 2 pair of 72 x 63 curtains imported by Park Designs at a local shop approximately 18 months ago for $29.95 each. I washed them for the first time carefully following the label instructions which said "machine wash, cool, delicate cycle, line dry". They washed well, but shrunk six full inches in length. The local shop owner contacted Park Designs and they would neither replace them nor provide any form of credit. I contacted Park Designs and got the same story. Curtains bearing the name Park Designs are sold by various brick and mortar as well as on-line retailers. The company obviously will not stand behind their products for dealers or consumers.
