On December 13 I was called by a representative of this company at around 6:30 PM. They wanted an emergency electrical service call performed that night on a restaurant in Lincoln Ca. That had experienced a power outage. I was asurred that payment would be made after I sent in the required signed form from the manager of the restaurant and had submitted my invoice. I performed the service, got the associated paper generated, wrote a short report on what I had experienced at the restaurant, & sent that in to Nationservice via fax, & email on 12/14/07. Over the following few months I tried unsucessfully to contact them by their phone lines but never got any calls back. I then called the company office and left messages for everyone of the extensions that I could access. After leaving a messages like that on one occasion I received a call stating that a check was being / had been mailed. To date I have never received any payment.
I've called several times and have now turned this over to a collection agency. The collection agency has told me that not much can be done other than impotently writting letters requesting payment (by the collection agency). I've filled a report with the BBB in Dallas also.
