This company has been reported numerous times. No one has taken the time to report them to the Texas State Atty. Generals Office until now. They have been duly reported. This is a scam company who uses third party movers with the intention of over-weighing your move and ripping you off. They portray through Stephaine, they are a reputable company, only to send your account to a third party.
20/20 has run a report on these companies. Do not use any unreputable company on the internet... Especially AIS Dependable Movers.
I will also be reporting them to the Kaufman City Council and the filing a report against both Oasis Movers who finally moved me and AIS Dependable Movers with the Interstate Commerce Commission for legal action.
Many of my items are missing and both companies are refusing to repay the loss.
If you cannot afford to use a reputable company, you would be better off using U-Haul. With that, you know where your item are and have control over what happens to your move.
This is not the first complaint against ASI Dependable Movers, but my goal is to seek the closing of this dis-reputable company. Their website is states that there are so many happy customers, yet when you try and verify the claims the people do not exist.
Again-this is another internet scam-both oasis moving and ais dependable movers.
If you read what the last person placed on the consumer complaints the same exact situation happened to me.
This is so sad that there are those who prey on others, yet they fail to realize evertually they will get theirs in the end.
I promise both companies, I WILL pursue this until I have a total refund of the difference of the contract signed with AIS Dependable Movers.
Many of these companies are also connected with rings which rob houses of those who they have moved. Beware and be warned!
