My mother ordered a pair of fleece moccasins for my father for Christmas 2002.
She sent a check for payment in full. The check was cashed and she never recieved the slippers.
She has called the company numerous times and either gets a busy signal or the phone rings on and on. The one time she did talk to someone, she was told that the warehouse was in the process of moving.
As of today 2/16/03 she still has no slippers or refund.
