In a nutshell... Our installer was terrific. He really did his best, but we have no suitable sight through our trees. Our picture constantly fragmented whenever there was even the slightest breeze. So, we had the installer come back out and make adjustments. However, he was unable to get us a better picture.
He then wrote, in his own hand, a note stating the issue. We have faxed and snail-mailed a copy of this note, followed by several phone calls, and are still being billed three-hundred and some dollars for service cancellation.
We're still fighting DTV on this, and have an attorney lined up.
