They offer you free service for a limited time if you sign up with one of their advertisers offers i.E. Blockbuster. However, I was never able to log onto the website. They have no contact information on their webpage so I had to contact Blockbuster. On the 4th attempt I received an email from them stating I would receive a refund... However, Blockbuster still has an active account for me. It looks like I took the bait... Probably will never get a refund but I will continue to pursue it.
