I have had my po box for many years. Every 6 months I get a bill which I pay promptly every time. This time, I got NO BILL and NO WARNINGS, yet my box was closed for non-payment. Many attempts to speak with JUDY, who is in charge of boxes at the LATTA ROAD USPS have failed. She refuses to speak with me or even address this issue. JUDY has clearly made a mistake! One that has cost me thousands of dollars and many, many days of fixing various problems that have arisen as a result of this UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOPMETENT
government employee. Perhaps my attorney will get a response from management at the LATTA ROAD USPS when they are served with the lawsuit we are preparing. MAYBE NOT, but one thing is for sure, JUDY and the USPS will be putting measures into place to avoid this kind of screw up again. If not, I suspect they will have many more lawsuits after mine.
