Not responsive to a very major problem; george, linda, judy did not return telephone calls; extremely poor maintenance on a prepaid contract.

Judy finally called me after days... Not with we will help you... But with "sorry to tell you that your oil prices are going to double" at least and you have to renew your contract by 8 pm tonite.
