Talked to one of the phone bank babes who is not allowed to deviate from the company spiel, don't think she spoke English well enough to deviate even if she could. I was transfered to manager who said they had to buy on the spot market. And they would be happy to switch me to a fixed rate plan. One problem, even as an existing customer we would have to wait until the next meter read date (late July) before they would make the switch. Next step, guess I'll see if there are any State senators awake. We switched to TXU's fixed rate plan. Dynowatt can go to Helsinki...
