Dave Espino Auctions For Income
Deceptive advertising/marketing through Dave Espino's Auctions for Income

I saw Dave Espino on TV the first of May and thought that his program looks good so I called the 1-800 number. After I had placed my order, the telephone soliciter began asking me to try different other services, free for 30 days, then it would only cost me $19.95 or $29.95 monthly to continue these services. I had the right to cancel at any time.

To make the solicitation sound great, I was offered a $50 Walmart card for one of the programs, $60 for another and $50 for a third. I also was to receive a gas card.

I made a special note of the phone numbers for each service. Toward the end of the month, I had not received anything from any of the companies, so I began making the 4 phone calls to discover why. Each time I heard a sincere (?) appology and was told that they would send out another packet and could not figure out why I had not received the first one, supposedly mailed out 4 weeks earlier.

Toward the end of the second month I still have not received any correspondence from any of the 4 companies. I have begun making the phone calls again to try to discover the problem.

I called 800-929-6449 and spoke with Jessica who told me that she could not help me; I would have to call each company separately and send my complaints to them directly. I asked her if it did not concern her if AFI was making solicitations for other companies when they did not fulfill their promises. She again said that she could not help me. I asked for her supervisor and was told to call customer service.

I called 866-232-1843 and spoke with Jason, I believe he said his name was. He also could not help me, telling me I needed to contact each company separately. He gave me a tech support number of 800-872-0330 but I could not understand why I would call a techie about a marketing problem so I did not call that number.

Next I called 888-243-6180 and spoke with Donis (?). As I was speaking with her she began laughing hysterically, then shortly cut me off with the phone beeping, very loud, in my ear.

I have also called ASI Auction Max at 888-693-8495 twice but have not received anything from them.

I have called At Home Rewards at 888-425-5874 also. I received the same treatment, saying how sorry they were that I had received no packet from them nor the Walmart card they promised.

I also have called Today Escape at 877-820-6329 and had the same result.

It was amazing to me to notice that each of these numbers seem to use the same company or phone service. Each one asks the same information in the same manner with similiar voice prompts.

If you decide to contact or purchase Dave Espino's Auctions for Income, do not agree to anything else. This is nothing but a scam to try to get you to agree to the monthly charges that you will probably miss and forget to cancel.

I have made many phone calls to attempt to remedy this problem yet can find no one interested in helping.

I repeat: This is a scam!
