The Sprint web sight has made it impossible for me to make a one time payment for my phone bill for the last two months. The check box is missing to access my web sight registered credit card for payment.
The only option left available or that works in order to pay the bill requires you to sign up for monthly auto pay. I do not want monthly auto pay.
For two straight months, after I called or went to live online chat to report the problem, they process my bill and soon after the option box magically appears next to the web sight's a one time payment option.
It appears they are making the web sight frustrating and steering customers to be forced into monthly auto pay on a credit card.
