I signed up for the short 7 day trial gold membership offered by Adult Friend Finder that allows you to try out their site. I added some pictures and details about myself and began to email girls. After the 7 days, they charged my credit card 30 bucks automatically. I was kind of angry they just charged me without confirmation, but I figured I could use it for a month and see how it goes. When I logged in to my account, the access I had as a gold member from the previous 7 day trial was now restricted to their free unpaid membership. So every time I click on a profile it says "upgrade your account for full access" even though in the 7 day trial I could access it and would assume the same for the 30 bucks they charged me.
I emailed their support and never heard back from them. It still says I have a gold membership until June 22 and today is June 08.
Also, on a side note, this site is pretty shady once you are a member. When I was on my 7 day trial, I made a few contacts. After talking to a girl after a few emails she would advise me to sign-up for some porn site to see her adult profile online. I told her I signed up in a follow up email (but I didnt) and she never got back to me. This happened twice with the only two girls I had conversations with during my 7 day trial.
So basically, if you get lucky and they accept your payments for a 30 day trial, you are signing up for a porn advertisement infested site that uses men's addiction to sex to try to promise some sort of gateway to meeting easy women (and vise versa for women).
I assume there are some real women on there who mix in with the fake profiles, but I was more angry about them charging me 30 bucks with out gold access and not getting back to my complaint emails.
