I talked to Edward several time in the course of three weeks. We reached an agreement, faxed in a binding estimate, scheduled a pick up, to include packing.
As soon as the truck was loaded. The prices went from $1,680 to over $3,900. I received calls from the moving company that this was farmed out to explaining the prices.
I also received a call from Fast Relocations' dispatcher "mike" telling me that Edward does'nt know what he is doing and that if I fought this it would cost me much more then the discounted to price of $3,000.
They pride themselves on their web site as the best in customer service, Wow since they don't return calls or emails, they threaten you and use terroristic measures to up your price. I hate to see what the worst in customer service is.
