Missing merchandise

I purchased this product for $15.99, got home and product wasn't using the remainder of mdse. I bought. Returned to Kmart plus they refused the pole collection was left in the shop. Really dissatisfied with Kmart, when I was particular they place the pole in stock. I

May proceed to look there, but believed like a great client, they'd create great about the above product. I've not had that issue with different shops.
