The emploee pays the price in the long run

I currently work for Pop-A-Lock in Greenville, SC. I began work in August. We currently charge $39.95/$41.95 6am - 6pm, $44.95/$46.95 6pm - 11pm, and $54.95/$56.95 11pm - 6am. Out of those prices, I can take $4 and use it to buy gas. Four Dollars was all well and good when I began work, but right now with prices in greenville at $3.59 per gallon, the math doesn't work out and I am currently losing money. At the end of the pay period we have to show why we are handing in less cash than we collected (the $4), and for the past 8 months, I have come up showing that I owe my boss.

Basically, the employees don't get paid enough to drive -in our own personal cars - to unlock customers.in the long run, we all lose money due to gas and car repairs.
One guy that works for Pop-A-Lock for 9 years, have never once gotten a raise. I am currntly one of the best at my job in this county, according to the supervisor, and I get nothing.

Also, if we choose to have health insurnace, we the employees have to pay 75% of the costs. I don't recomend to anyone to work for this company, especially in the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area.
