I ordered a shirt from Cabela's internet site. It cost $40.17 with tax and handling. It didn't fit, and I returned it using the return label they enclosed with the shirt. I had to pay UPS $3.00 for the return. Cabela's got the shirt back and credited my charge account $25.25!! Upon calling them for an explanation about the difference in "credit charged and credit returned", they informed me that they deducted $6.50 shipping and handling from the price of the shirt, in addition I wouldn't be reimbursed for the portion of the tax paid for shipping. Ultimately they credited back the $6.50, but do the math $25.25 $6.50 does not equal $40.17! So much for 100% satisfaction (their motto and guarantee prominently displayed on their website).
