Verizon North Inc. Placed a claim with collections that appears on my credit report. And of course, I've never used their services (whatever those services may be. I have no clue).
Disputing the claim was useless. No phone number was listed so I attempted to contact just plain 'ol Verizon. After explaining that I live in Michigan and have never used their services, my call was transferred to what turned out to be their sales department asking what services I wished to sign up for. Explaining the situation got me nowhere. Asking for simple things such as what the address the alleged services were provided at, were met with no answers. I'm left with what I can only assume is a massive phone bill (?) on my credit report with no way to dispute it since I'm unable to gather any information concerning the alleged claim. It's just sitting there and they offer no help whatsoever.
