I ordered 96 pieces of screen printed uniform shirts from this company after being referred by a network group I belong to.
I received the shirts on time, but noticed right away that quite a few articles were poor quality and called him immediately. Howard was very polite, but I was given the run-around on each "polite" conversation.
I finally had my Office Manager go to his residence and hand-deliver the shoddy product to him for correction. Howard accepted the bad product back and presented her with a receipt for the returned merchandise telling her that it will be corrected.
Since that time, I have not gotten any service and am still out $600 in this transaction. Howard has told my on 6-7 occasions that he was "too busy to talk and would call me back." I never received any of those calls. I have also noticed that he only answers when I call from a unique phone line.
We are currently filing suit to recoup the loss and I'm sure I'll eventually see a positive judgment, but as for the recovery... He is already operating under a name of Phoenix Executek, so I'll assume this is not an unusual act for him and neither is running off with someone's money.
