In 2005 I joined the club with the agreement that I could cancel "at any time after you make two additional purchases in the next year". (OneSpirti contract SPT05100C-02)
On OneSpirit order form #06178833 I ordered, received, and paid for my books in accordance with the contract. I wrote on the form "Please cancel my account". The form with my cancellation notice was mailed on or about Jan. 2006.
However, OneSpirit continued to mail me books. And more books. I returned them to the company. However, by the third month, I am not only receiving unwanted unordered items on a contract which I cancelled I am also obtaining a bill for shipping on the return items. Now I'm pissed.
I wrote the company in April but received no response to my letter. Since June I have been mailed letters from OneSpirit saying they are going to sue me for $17.46 for shipping on items I did not keep or order.
I have attempted phone the company but the number is no longer in use. I have e-mailed the company and am awaiting a response.
