ILD Telephone Service
Switch telephone service with no auth, double billing, no answe

Phone service was switch on my grandparent's phone line without Authurization, double billing, tried calling ILD to go over the bill but no answer, or they answer i explaine what I'am calling about then i get transfered to onther line that no one answers. Alicia
